TEN Consulting was founded in 2020 to reimagine how education, work, and economic systems connect. Our work is rooted in the belief that opportunity should be accessible, practical, and sustainable — not only for today’s workforce but for generations to come. We bring together experience across workforce development, employer strategy, education, and economic mobility. Our approach blends research, design, and collaboration to help partners translate big ideas into solutions that matter in people’s daily lives.
